WOYWW

It's Wednesday again! & it's time for What's On Your Washer Workdesk Wednesday!

I'm making a trinchie for a challenge & have just inked the background.... not quite sure what to put on top?

I haven't done the full swing thingy so I've emptied my big tea cup to show you my exciting new project............. my fingers are itching to get started!

It's a bracelet kit I got given for Mother's Day (guess who ordered it of course tho!!) I haven't had a proper play with beads & thought a kit might be a good place to start. :)

The beads are glass & lovely shades of purple but I think they look quite dark on the photos.

I can see this giant cup & saucer being very handy for allsorts!

I am sooooo nervous about cutting these pins!

Two ready for cutting!

a few charms!

Thank goodness the kit comes with instructions. Hopefully I can blog my finished bracelet. :)

Last week I was painting an altered empty heart shaped box...... in the post below this one you can see how it turned out. :)

If you would like to see some fabby workdesks pop over to Julia's & click on Mr Linky thingy.

Thanks for looking. Have a great Wednesday. Love Gez.xx

  20. Lovely beads I keep looking and thinking shall I, but I really haven't got time to start another hobby. I have a friend who makes the most fatastic things from beads including sandals, she does all the bead work a bit like embroidery then takes the finished item back home to singapore and has them made into shoes. Look forward to seeing your bracelet. Hugs Pam x

  33. Loving the look of that bracelet so far Gez. Just get stuck in and cut the head pins, you'll be fine. It's a very slippery slope with beads - you'll soon be addicted to their beauty!!! xx

  34. Ah what a lovely gift, look forward to seeing the bracelet finished...and dont be scared of cutting the pins, its easy peasy, just a normal set of wire cutters will do the job, or even a very tough pair of sissors!
