WOYWW

Hi Woywwer's & visitors to my blog... what a week! My DD had her interview yesterday for her passport sooooo fingers crossed she should receive it in the next 10 days. What a palarvar! The only piece of advice I can offer anyone applying for their 1st adult passport is to remember the age of their countersigner! This was the only question my DD couldn't answer!

I've got some little drawers drying on my desk this morning. They've just received their 1st layer of Gesso. I'm beginning to think I have something for collecting little drawers! hehe....

Sorry I couldn't help Ann (Flutterby) the other week. I did mean to get back to you but not knowing where the drawers came from I'm sorry I couldn't help you. I did see you got some nice new drawers on your blog last week. :)

I put the bottle of Stickles along side so you can get an idea of the size. These little drawers were in the going pile from my DD's room!

I have a question to ask! Am I going crazy? (if I am the Indentity & Passport Services have driven me there!!) I got rather excited yesterday when I received something!

This!

The herbs bottles are for my son as they are all out of date & he loves making potions! eek... don't ask! Another Harry Potter in the making me thinks. (This is my 9 yr old & not little Tom)

My excitement grew when I realised I was being given the wooden holder as well as the herb jars so I bagged the herb jars for DS1 and kept the rack!

Ta da!

much better looking I think!

Can't decide whether the wood needs a coat or two of Gesso..... but for now I'm just enjoying looking at my new shelves. It'll be sooooo much easier to find what I'm looking for... :)

Thanks for looking at my workspace today. I'm off out shortly Tom has an appointment to have drops in his eyes. That'll be fun for a 3 yr! & then I'm out to lunch to celebrate my 20th Wedding Anniversary. I'm waiting for a phone call too.... my youngest bridesmaid was only a little girl & she is expecting her 2nd baby due today! Fancy that!

Hope to catch up with everyone's gorgeous desks a.s.a.p. I did really well last week my apologies if I didn't make it to yours. Will try harder this week. I managed to visit over 100 blogs so I don't think I did too bad. I had a lovely time. Thank you.xx

Enjoy the sun if it's shining wherever you are & have a wonderful day & don't forget to pop over to Julia's to see more lovely workspaces. Love, Gez.xx

  16. i'm going to jump on the bandwagon and say that I also love the spice rack idea - isn't it amazing what we have laying about that we can repurpose for crafting - take my old mug tree - it now holds all my rolls of tape.

Love the idea of DS1 making potions - I, like most girls probably, used to make erfume with rose petals... I always remember a particula part of Peter Kaye's act where he said "I bet the avon lady was sh1*t**g herself..." (when she knew they were making perfume...) oh the memories!!!

Happy Wedding Anniversary. 20 years and I bet it only seems like yesterday!

  60. Hello! I am shoes shipping worldwide
    Because online shoes shipping worldwide.
I was looking for a shoe store uk to wear with jeans and casual outfits, and also for slightly dressier outfits. These are more dressy than casual, and didn't fit what I needed. The also ran very small, I ordered an 11ww for my 10-10 1/2 wide foot and they fit with little room to spare. On my right foot they rubbed the joint where my big toe joins my foot. Also the leather was much stiffer than I anticipated. The inside is the shiny leather or leather-look material that tends to make your feet sweat if worn without socks. Pretty shoe, would be okay for someone with an average width foot looking for a work or church type shoe, but had to go back for my purposes. I ordered the Clarks Book Romance instead, they are super soft, casual, and are okay to wear without socks.
