WOYWW

Happy New Year WOYWW'ers & blog visitors..xx

Hope everyone is well & getting back into the swing of things after the holidays. My dresser is full of signs of Christmas.. we've started taking the trimmings down & putting everything away until next time!

I spotted a muscial rocking horse & just had to share it with you all.. especially  Elizabeth  .. do check out her blog if you get the chance.. it's always bursting with inspiration..

Not sure if you can spot Santa in his swimming trunks complete with rubber ring! Another Christmas ornament I treasure all the way from Hawaii.. he's a couple of years old now but very special & Tom (3) of course has never seen Father Christmas without his coat & boots!

If you are new to WOYWW please pop over to Julia's .. you will see lots of lovely crafters sharing their workspaces & craftiness with you today..

I collect snowglobes & never tire of seeing one of my favourites. :)

The little ink pad will give you an idea of the size of the snowglobe.. it weighs a ton!

I'm afraid I can only show you a sneak peak of what's on my craft desk this morning.. just a quick shot before I parcel up the latest pages I've made for a circle journal.

Thanks for calling. Have a great day. Gez.xx

  5. Love the little rocking horse and your snow globe.
I bought our eldest daughter a snow globe for her to play with during her baby sister's christening many years ago thinking it would be a quiet toy. She dropped it making a loud bang, it broke and the water made a puddle in the church :-) maybe not such a good idea eh? :-)
Hope you have a wonderful New Year with better health to be able to enjoy your crafting.
    Hugs,

  8. Is that Santa on one of those little doorknob pillows? I seem to get those all the time and never know what to do with them. Any clever ideas besides hanging them on a door knob?

  21. Gosh. I wonder what I'll be commenting on today (grin). Of course I LOVE the music box. I don't have one, so must keep an eye out for them. When I saw the red and gold package to the right of the rocking horse, I thought it was a bag of coffee. See how my mind works? And I can't wait for your bulb to bloom. Is that an amaryllis? Happy WOYWW on Thursday from #16, your rocking horse lovin' friend.

  22. Love browsing round your dresser each week - there's always so much to see. Love globes too - just bought my great-granddaughter her first. I've spotted the Amaryllis in the background - it will be interesting to see what colour it is. (My pink/white one has gone over now but I have a red one in bud so looking forward to that.)Santa without trousers - well, I never!!! Elizabeth #76

  32. Hi Gez,
I bet you're wondering why we haven't said thanks for our gorgeous Christmas card? Well the truth is it has only just arrived! It must have been caught up in the Christmas post madness somewhere [we didn't have any post at all for about 5 days over Christmas because of the snow!]. I would just like to say a huge thank you to you for thinking of us and say the card was really stunning. Bless you.
