IndigoBlu August challenge ~ Frame it

Time for a brand NEW monthly challenge over at the IndigoBlu challenge blog. A big thank you to everyone who joined us last month for the precious metal challenge, there were lots of lovely creations ♥

This month it's all about framing it...

I decided to alter one of the {Artemio Wooden House Frames}

I gave the frame a generous coating of IndigoBlu {GeeSoo Good!} followed by a dry brushing of IndigoBlu English Cottage acrylic paint {Pink Iced Gem}. Topped off with a coating of the very yummy {Chocolate Box} Megaflakes ♥

To decorate inside the frame I used some papers from the 6"x6" {Belle Epoque} paper stack, decorating the little cards with various stamps and more megaflakes. You can just see one of Limor Webbers {Circles} and the {Script Background} stamp, so hard to photograph sparkle and shine!

Glossy Accents were added to some of the images to add texture and the {Handmade Just For You} dinkie stamp was stamped and embossed onto some painted card stock as a finishing touch.

Such a great project!

Thank you for calling, the Design Team have lots more inspiration to share with you {HERE} I hope you can join us this month.

  Happy creating, Gez ♥

  1. Looks fab Gez - I'm sure the idea with those boxes is to put small items in the compartments but it would be a shame to cover that up with objects!
